First and foremost:
Once you submit your request, I’ll review it to determine if I’m the right fit for your needs. If so, I’ll send you a proposal with your exact pricing and timing before we move forward. Please provide as much detail upfront as possible!

By commissioning me, you are agreeing with the terms listed below.

 

GENERAL

• No AI training/ NFT / Trace
• Don’t ask me to replicate a specific artstyle.
• I may experiment depending the request.
• Be polite when making your request.
• Rush Fee exist if you need a complete work quickly
• Upon request, please provide the most informations/references you can. The More, the Faster I can get to work!
• Purchasing art from me grants you the Personal Use of your digital copy.
• I keep the right to decline a request, for any reason it may be.
• If I cancel the order after payment, you will be refund 100%
• If the client break any rules of the agreement, I have the right to cancel a commission.
• Upon ordering a commission, you automatically agree to the terms of service.

 

PAYMENTS | REFUNDS |CANCELLATION

• I will start working on the commission once the full payment has been sent.
• If needed, the commissioner can request a payment plan. In that case, I will begin working once half the price has been paid.
• Refunds can be asked prior to sketch phase.
• After the sketch phase, refunds and chargebacks won’t be accepted .

 

REVISIONS

• 2 revisions allowed included in your commission. Further will be charged.

Revision Charge: Major outfit changes, Entire pose or background (if planned), big addition to the commission

Free of Charge: Color change, small changes in the pose or outfit, little addition (i.e accessory, animals)

 

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

• Requests are done chronologically, if you’re in a hurry, fees will apply.

• Depending of the request, it may vary to 2 days for small work up to a month for bigger. But basically, I take the time I need to deliver a proper product you will be happy about.
• If you need specific deadlines, please provide it upon requesting my services.
• You will get a digital product (PNG file) at 300dpi

 

WILL DO / WON’T DO

• Will draw: OCs/Fanart, anthro, light mecha (i.e an arm, a leg), armor, bloody, monster, couples (no matter the orientation), chibi, spicy/suggestive/sensual

• Won’t draw: NSFW, Too much gore, politics, religion, real life people, shotacon, lolicon, incest

• Ask: Furry, Meme redraw
• Don’t hesitate to ask me things not listed, I may have forgot some themes!

 

USE

• For Personal Use : Profile picture, account banner, wallpaper, collection, prints for you and only you. If shared on social media, you have to credit me. It is prohibited to use my work on any Artificial Intelligence generating sites and block-chain related technology, be it NFTs or crypto.
• For Commercial Use : You may profit off the art with the corresponding license purchased.

– Plan A: Promotional material linked to branding purposes, such as: Youtube, Twitch, Twitter & more. [+ 100%]

– Plan B: Merchandising (prints, stickers, acrylics stands) [+ 200%]

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

I reserve the right to stream, post on social media WIPs or final products, put them in my portfolio, unless you ask for a NDA, which will incur additional fees.
